Wat Phra Kaew, the most prestigious temple in Thailand, with its emerald Buddha statue as the main image; Wat Pho, famous for its huge Reclining Buddha statue as well as the head temple of Thai massage; and Wat Arun, depicted in Yukio Mishima's novel "Temple of Dawn" and standing neatly by the Chao Phraya riverside.
