本日は第265弾として、標記のテーマを公開しました。

モルヌ・トロワ・ピトン国立公園は、カリブ海・小アンティル諸島に浮かぶ島国、ドミニカ国の首都ロゾーにある国立公園である。

1997年にドミニカ国で最初に世界遺産リストに登録された。

かつてはモゥーン・トワ・ピトン国立公園と表記する文献もあった。

イギリス領だったドミニカ島は1978年にドミニカ国として独立したが、モルヌ・トロワ・ピトン国立公園はそれも早い1975年に国立公園に指定されている。

先日にて、「ヨーロッパの世界遺産」「アジアの世界遺産」「オセアニアの世界遺産」「南アメリカの世界遺産」の全ての収録が完了しました。（2023年登録の一部を除く）

現在は「中央アメリカの世界遺産」の未収録国を公開しています。
