Cave Temple at Rangiri Dambullais a grotto temple that was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991.
Located in Dambulla, Sri Lanka, 148 km east of Colombo and 72 km north of Kandy.
It is known as the best-preserved cave temple in Sri Lanka.
Initially,Golden Temple of Dambullaregistered under the name of the company, which was changed to its current name in 2019.
There are more than 80 caves in the vicinity of the Golden Temple, just as many as have been identified.
