kutamakis the name of a region of northeastern Togo that stretches from the vicinity of Kara State to the territory of Benin and is inhabited by the Batamarriba people.

The cultural landscape of Takienta, a unique group of mud dwellings, was inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List.

It was registered as Togo's first World Heritage Site in 2004 and included areas within Benin in 2023.

The takiyanta is a characteristic dwelling of Kutamak.

We have recently completed recording all of the "World Heritage Sites in the Middle East", "World Heritage Sites in North and Central America", "World Heritage Sites in Europe", "World Heritage Sites in Asia", "World Heritage Sites in Oceania", and "World Heritage Sites in South America". (except for some sites to be registered in 2023)

Currently, the last "World Heritage in Africa" countries not yet included in the list are available.

Our goal is to include all World Heritage sites as of 2023 (1,199 sites in 168 countries). (We are very close.)
