サルーム・デルタ（Saloum Delta / Le delta du Saloum）は、セネガルのサルーム川、ジョンボ川、バンジャラ川およびそれらの支流によって形成された面積50万ha（5000km2）の三角州である。
西アフリカ屈指の野鳥の繁殖地になっており、敷地の一部がサルーム・デルタ国立公園やラムサール条約登録地を含む生物圏保護区となっている。
それと同時に、数千年にわたって漁撈採集を営んできた人々が作り上げた巨大な貝塚群が独特の文化的景観を形成している地域でもあり、2011年にはそれが評価されてユネスコの世界遺産リストに文化遺産として登録された。
