フロウ・カントリー（スコットランド・ゲール語：Dùthaich nam Boglaichean）は、スコットランド北部のケイスネスとサザーランドにある広大な泥炭地である。

ヨーロッパ最大の湿原で、約4,000 km2（1,500平方マイル）の面積を覆っている。

深い泥炭地に点在する沼地で、野生生物の重要な生息地であるとともに、気候変動の緩和にも役立っている。
