インドネシア バリ島では、一般的に、ローカルの人の家には洗濯機はない。（お金持ちのお家では持っているところももちろんあります。）洗濯は手洗いか、ランドリーサービスを、日常的に利用する。
車の窓からバリの街並みを眺めていると気づくが、LAUNDRYという文字が至る所にある。
バリ島のどこに住んでも、徒歩5分以内にはランドリーがあると言える。
そのくらい、地元の人々の生活に欠かせないサービスです。
そこでバリ島で洗濯をする場合、下記の方法があります。
1.Hotel laundry serviceuse (a person, animal, puppet, etc.)

2.Laundry Specialty StoreAsk to (this is recommended)
街中に多くあり、旅行者の衣類の洗濯にも対応してくれます。
また、基本的にこのサービスはローカル向けのため、接客はインドネシア語オンリーのところがほとんど。
誰でも利用できるが、観光で行く場合、少し高めの値段設定でも見た目のきれいなところを選んでください。
安くても、小さくて小汚いところもあるので注意です。

洗濯物を受け取る手間がなく、少ないがバリ島でもコインランドリーはある。
コインランドリーの探し方は、バリ島にいる時にGoogleマップを使い「bali coinlaundry」と検索すると見つかります。
